Pleasant place, amazing friendly staff. Gorgeous, very good breakfasts with every taste and fruit, for example. Unbeatable location close to public transport, modest restaurants in the local area. What a very enjoyable short stay, nothing too much trouble.

Don
Recently renovated place with serviceable facilities.

It was fairly clean, the staff was really friendly and amicable, plus the service was good. The location was perfect and lovely, next to Douglas and the rest of the island as well as town centre and TT start/finish.

Every time in Douglas we stay in this hotel. The place is fairly clean and fantastic little. Polite and pleasant stuff as one would expect.

Place was fairly clean and fantastic little. We thoroughly enjoyed rooms with products in the bathroom x. The breakfast was gorgeous and very good for every taste; the staff was pleasant. Unbeatable central location just next door to promenade, and the seafront. Plus, St Andrew's Church was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

Ian
The location was marvellous and perfect in the fairly quiet area. The restaurant here was small with nice decor, we both ordered hot dishes.

Savoury and lovely breakfast for every taste, unbeatable location. Beautifully maintained and good sized hotel units with coffee, twin beds and the TV. Location not far from bus/horse drawn tram stops, town centre and TT start/finish and the promenade in Douglas, Isle of Man. Besides, easy access to Broadway Baptist Church.

Great choice for trip. This place was pleasant in general with an especially helpful staff team. Prime location, just walking distance from everywhere. Situated only 1 km from St Ninians Church.
Beds were too small.

We enjoyed to be here for a trip and would stay here again and again. The full English breakfast for every taste was delicious. The location was prime, for example, Gaiety Theatre was at a medium distance from the hotel. It was also very close to the promenade and bus/horse drawn tram stops as well as airport.

The rooms were good-sized and the service good. The location offered was perfect really close to the seafront, quite, near town centre as well as the restaurants, stores and the electric train.

This hotel was a great find for the price. The attention to detail in the rooms, with their nice decor and bathroom products, made our stay feel luxurious. The location, tucked away in a quiet square up a steep hill from the promenade, offered beautiful views of the front and harbour. The staff were friendly and helpful, accommodating our requests for an early breakfast and ensuring our rooms were well taken care of.
All was fine, couldn't ask for more.
